Jamie is John's ten-year-old sister. She has the sex drive of a mink, and regularly has sex with John; if she doesn't she gets cranky and can't concentrate on her homework. However, she also vanishes mysteriously into her room for long periods.
In the "Child Genius" storyline, Jamie was revealed as "Amy", the creator of the three human AIs. She's very, very smart, and has a laboratory hidden behind her room.
Cartoonist's Note: I get all of Jamie's outfit ideas from a JC Penney catalog. Some of those outfits are disturbingly revealing.
