PAI-1 is the AI set up by Heather at the University. It's genderless, and has two avatars: one is a huge silver humanoid that stays inside its home intranet, and the other is a four-tentacled cyclopean creature.

Cartoonist's Note: Wildcat's design for the stationary form is so complex that I was unable to duplicate it perfectly... which means that if you look at PAI-1 carefully, you'll notice that the grooves on its face keep changing around.
